Past Projects

Google RA

Our first project was with Google. The objective of the first project was to improve pedagogical content for the Google Read Along app. The project also included developing the capacity of the Google RA team on Foundational literacy, reviewing their existing app contents and its pedagogical processes, and developing an Instruction Design (including scope and sequence) to align the app with the National Curriculum Framework for the Foundational State.

Haryana CSF program content (2022-2023)

Haryana CSF program content (2022-2023) for LLA Website. LLA supported Haryana FLN program in the year 21-22 and 22-23 on key academic workstreams. During this period, new materials were developed for state level intervention in grade 1, 2 and 3.

Active Projects

Central Square Foundation (CSF)

LLA has collaborated with the Central Square Foundation (CSF), a non-profit organization working in the area of foundational literacy and numeracy. The project aims to revise and create curriculum materials, such as guides, student workbooks and play kits for children of Balvatika grade. LLA is preparing draft framework to develop the content design.

World bank

LLA is also the data collection partner for undertaking the rollout of the Teach tool in Odisha under the auspices of the World Bank. LLA is training trainers to collect data based on classroom observations, using the Teach tool, conduct fieldwork and support data cleaning and archiving.
